Taco pasties

Ah, I'm finished with making my pasties with taco mince. They're in the oven right now and I hope they turn out good. I had to make them with spelt flour since I ran out of normal weat flour but I think they'll be fine anyway. Here is my recipe:

50 g fresh yeast (12 g dry yeast)
50 g butter or margarine
2 dl milk
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
9 dl weat flour
300 g minced meat
1 onion
½ capsicum
½ zucchini
taco seasoning
taco sauce

Put yeast in a bowl. Melt butter, add milk and warm the mix to 37 degrees. Pour it over the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add the salt and the beaten eggs, but save a little bit of egg to brush the pasties. Add the flour and knead together and let ferment under a towel for 30 minutes. Cook the mince meat and the veggies with the seasoning and the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Roll quite thin and make aproximately 10 cm circels. Add the filling and fold over. Make sure it's closed properly.
Bake in middle of oven at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes. Large pasties at 200 degrees 15-20 min. Serve with a nice salad.

Enjoy!
