"The greatest wealth is health"

Last week I started "my new life": trying to eat more healthy. I stopped eating lollies, at least for a while. I'm gonna try to eat less anyway, ate them pretty much every day before. So we'll see how long it lasts for. I also tried to start eating oatmeal for breakfast. I discovered that you can eat them with raspberries and then it's actually not that bad. I had a period a few years ago when I tried to eat oatmeal in the mornings as well but unfortunately it didn't go that well. But I'll give it another try now. I've been trying to eat something small every second hour as well. They always say that it's good to do that and actually I think it kinda works. I don't feel as peckish or as hungry as I used to.

Oh, well. Those are the kind of things I write about when nothing else has happened. =)
